It helps if you include your Spritz username, your device, the app version (at the bottom of Settings in the app) and what happened.
If you can't sign in or your verification code doesn't arrive, email [email protected] with your username and the phone number or email address on your account. Never send us a password or a verification code.
In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete Account. If you can't get into your account, email [email protected] with your username. We'll confirm the account is yours before we delete it. What we delete and keep.
Use Report on the post, comment, message or profile in the app, or email [email protected]. You can also block any user at any time.
To have an intimate image of you removed, use the removal request form. You don't need an account.
